This dress is simply outstanding! Incredible quality and condition. Made of a crisp heavy weight cotton with a beautiful dogwood floral print. Ruffled collar. Fit and flare silhouette. This was photographed with a petitcoat (not included). The skirt is super full. The colors are still vivid. Wide black zig zag detail. Puffy sleeves. Metal zipper. No flaws! Best fit would be a Small, however, please see the measurements below for a proper fit.
