Gorgeous Vintage 1940s Black Taffeta and Velvet Belted Short Sleeve Midi Dress.

Beautiful sheen on the taffeta! Metal side zip and skirt hip and side Bodice and snap buttons which connect skirt to bodice.

Front length 48”

Excellent vintage condition. Armpits have been reinforced with taffeta gussets. Belt is cracked on inside but is fully functional and flaw is not visible. Some light tiny spots at back skirt hem, also not visible unless you are searching for them. These have not been treated and would likely come out with trip to professional cleaners.
