Body is a pale pink straw with velvet covered wire edges. The back has a covered plastic headband for placement security. Pink lace and pink roses run across the top with a thick black veiling attached to the underneath.

As for the condition, it does show some age and wear, especially on the velvet covered edges. The veiling is intact with no holes.

Measuring on the inside, side to side is 10 1/2 inches and the width is 3 1/2 inches.
