Vintage 40s handcrafted pink cotton drop waist tie dress modern size XS

This cute handmade cotton fabric dropped waist dress is a beautiful pink salmon color with a square neck line and Darts at bust line. Dropped waist has a peplum skirt and does tie on the side. Includes antique metal zipper. Dress is in great condition, however on the front lower skirt there’s a large light colored stain as shown in photos. Still a rare vintage 1940s find.

Measured laying flat pit to pit 17 inches, waist at normal point 15 inches, hips (dropped waist point) 18.5 inches. Per size chart, modern size XS.
