1940s vintage WW ll hand tailored military issued olive drab wool twill trousers.
Most likely Army.

A dark olive straight leg trouser with a watch pocket, zipper fly and 2 buttons closure.
Flap button back pockets.
Cotton lined pockets.

A very small and short pair of pants. Size XS most likely. 
Unisex.

Inseam 26". 3" hem
Outside seam length 36 1/2"
These pants sit at the waist and are slightly curved at the waist.

They have the owners name inside. Lt Elser.

In very good condition, no holes or stains.

I have not cleaned these and the inside pockets are aged.

These will work well for a women since they are very small and short.
