40s Novelty Lace Doily Print Rayon Smock Top

This 1940s top is incredible. Made of silky rayon. The print is something Ive never seen before. It looks like lace doilies with Hydrangea bouquets in the come of the centers. Long point collar. Two button closure. One hip patch pocket. Long sleeves with one button closure. This may have been part of a pajama set at one time considering the fly away front. The print is just gorgeous. Excellent condition. Best fit would be up to a Large, however, please see the measurements below for a proper fit.
