A stunning early 1940s Film Noir vintage navy blue light weight fitted coat with strong shoulders and darting details. A medium size.
A high quality vintage 40s coat. A Hollywood style coats.

It has a three button front and the collar can be left open or buttoned. The buttons are self fabric covered.
The strong Forties shoulders are padded and darted.
It had curved vertical darting along the sides for fitting.
The back also has long vertical darts with the sides having a deco design style.

It is lined is matching solid navy silky rayon fabric.
The edges of the lining have pinked fabric.

I believe it is a light weight ribbed wool.

In excellent condition with no flaws. The lining is impeccable.

This coat is one of my all time favorites and it is very flattering when worn.
Add a great 40s hat and you are ready to go.
