1940s Navy blue, Eve Carter dress with lace collar, shoulder pads and metal side zipper. Three quarter length sleeves with small turn up cuffs. Cute tiered fabric detail on each side of the collar. Belt loops- this is being sold as found without the belt.

Very good vintage condition, no holes or stains. Please see all photos for details. Back of interior collar shows some wear and needs cleaning.
