This dress is absolutely adorable! It’s a gorgeous light blue knee-length short sleeve dress. It is made of Irish linen and has the cutest collar with off-white details. This fabric has some stretch to it. For a closure it has a metal zipper up the back and a hook and eye closure. It has two loops- one on either side if you want to add a belt.
