i believe this is a sheer rayon chiffon type fabric- I could be wrong

4 row of ruffled fabric below sheer neckline

hook at neckline

14 covered buttons/loops begin at ruffles and extend to bow

ruffling repeats along upper part of skirt also

10" x 9 1/2" center back bow at waist

sheer sleeves with 6 covered buttons/loops- one sleeve does need stitching along seam above buttons- easy repair

acetate lining

size unknown - size 2 dress form-please see measurements for most accurate sizing

15 1/2" shoulders

16 1/2" under arm back

13" natural waist

full hips

23 1/2" sleeve- v's over hand

~16 1/2” under arm sleeve

52" center front length

54” center back length

noted- please see video for main issues- I do also see a small line mark along hem and a small 1" long tear which is minimal
