This needs some work to be beautiful again.

It appears that wherever the gown was stored, it got wet at the bottom. The bottom hem has water damage, and needs to be professionally cleaned. Also, there is some part of the hem that is in poor condition, probably from being stepped on. The gown will need to be hemmed about 1/2-1" around to fix the damage. The rest is good.

This will be a beautiful wedding dress.
