A true 1940s vintage off white eyelet fancy lace blouse front insert or dickey.
These were worn underneath suits and jackets.

A lovely feminine sheer cotton insert with openwork and embroidery. Delicate lace runs down the front as a placket design.
It is a high U neck and it has a front and a back which ties at the side. A bib style.

This is basically one size fits most, but I estimated a size from my form. It will fit up to a 38 bust.
It is waist length.

In very good condition with no holes or stains. An aged ivory shade. I did not launder it to retain the off white color.
