Cute 1940s small hat with an avant-garde wired strap that wraps around the left side of the head. It has a large arrow at the end which is covered in iridescent triangular plastic pieces (also found on the top of the hat). Black wool felt. A New York Creations hat. Good condition. I see a loose thread on the top where there may have been another plastic piece. Otherwise, in very good condition. It measures 8″ in diameter. The wired wrap piece is 7″ long.
