40’s/50’s Doeskin Green Hat

Green wool felted beret style hat. the front has swirled pieces with rhinestone. There is a netted tie? Maybe was attached at some point and tied under the chin.  I am figuring the inside circumference to be almost 19 inches. Please keep in mind this does not sit squarely on the head. In very good condition.
