The condition is amazing. Mid 40s Charmette NY and union tagged. Woven frame completely covered in white and exotic feather and framed on brim with soft floaty Marabou feathers and adorned with little bird wearing cone hats. Just super cute.

Its a mid size it was a bit large on my model who has a 21" crown.

This one has an odd shape so a bit hard. It is showing just under 21" but again, model is a firm 21" and this was a bit big.

Condition near perfect for of this age. Feathers all seem attached and may have a broken feather here and there but nothing that distracts from this amazing find.
