Beautiful, designer Wanda Pickrell, wide brimmed velvet hat from the 1940’s. Its brown/black, I think it was originally black but has some fading at top as the underneath is black. See all pictures for best description. This hat would make quite a statement when worn. Total elegance!
NOTE-Elastic strap underneath is broke but is long enough to be easily repaired if you want to use it at all.
