Does up with 3 self covered buttons from neckline to waist seam and a 8-1/2" nylon zipper at the center front of the skirt (this is a replacement for the original metal zipper).

Inset 3-D trapunto details around the neckline and front of the hip level pockets.

Comes with it's original self-fabric buckle belt.

Excellent condition with no issues.

There are no size tags. Based on the measurements below, I'd say this would best fit a modern size Large.
