Professional construction with no design or manufacture labels present. The hat is styled as a petite boater tilt hat. The foundational hat is done in a black nylon mesh, the top of the brim features a dense ruffle done in the same nylon mesh. This ruffle is also embellished with small white decorative daisies with bright yellow centers. The back of the hat features a large acetate ribbon bow. The intended fit is as shown with tilt placement to your discretion. There is an elastic security strap that can be worn around the back of the head or under the hair to help secure proper placement.

Condition is listed as very good plus to near excellent. With only a hint of age and mussing noted to the daisies and a bit of mussing to the rear bow. The hat is otherwise pristine with gorgeous presentation.
