1940s Cranberry Red Flip Brim Fedora with Polka Dot Trim & Blue Felt Feathers - 1940s Womens Red Fedora - 1940s Cranberry Red Fedora

Professional construction with no design or manufacture labels present. Such a unique 40s hat, this was sourced from the MGM studios wardrobe auctions so you know she has a lot of good stories to tell! The hat is done in a gorgeous shade of cranberry red wool felt featuring a matching polka dot ribbon trim around the outer edge of the brim. The rear of the hat is embellished with vibrant royal blue felt feathers, rich reddish brown grosgrain ribbon tails, and a single bead button. I believe the ribbon tails and button were a later addition to the hat but I have left her just as I found her. The hat is styled as a flip brim fedora with a medium profile recessed crown and an intended fit as shown, at the rear top crown of the head.

Condition is listed as excellent, minimal notes of handling. No visible damage or soiling. Presentation is perfect!
