Vintage 1940s western style brooch with celluloid dark red cowboy sombrero hat with dangling carved wood cowgirl boots.

The top rim of the hat is accented with green paint. The boots feature red and green accents with carved steer heads and cacti and more as pictured.

The boots are attached to the hat with what appears to be thin leather strings as pictured.

Hinged metal pinback fastener as pictured.

The hat measures slightly over 1-1/2" in diameter.

Approximately 3-1/2" long (top of hat to bottom of boots)

CONDITION: I have not polished this. Very good condition with general age related wear as pictured. No chips, cracks, repairs or other issues. The leather strings appear strong with lots of wear left. There is minor rust to the metal pinback.

Wonderful for year round wear.
