What a dynamic topper! Professional construction from The M. M. Cohen Co. label, the hat is done in a bold black wool felt and matching black grosgrain ribbon. Beautiful construction, the hat is styled as a turban tilt hat with a structural rise above the crown of the head and a gathering of grosgrain ribbon for a dramatic bow detail in front. The hat has an attached security strap that is done in a sturdy band of the wool felt. The intended fit is as shown, at the rear top crown of the head, with the strap worn around the back of the head or under the hair. Hair or hat pins are suggested to help secure the hat in place.
