Professional construction from the New York Creation label. The hat is done in a royal blue velour with a skull cap fit and the most unique figural loops that sit above the crown. The loops are malleable and can be arranged in a number of positions. They do not have interior wires so the arrangements are more fluid rather than rigid or held in one place. The intended fit is as shown with the skull cap worn at the back top of the head. There is an original elastic security strap that can be worn at the back of the head or under the hair to help secure. Hair or hat pins are also suggested for further stabilization.

Condition is listed as very good. I note one small dark mark at the back left quadrant of the hat. Some general notes of handling, presentation is lovely and so unique!
