Work this women's 40s vintage black velvet top / blouse / jacket with Old Hollywood flair into casual or dressy looks. Softest slinky rayon velvet, meant to be an evening top but rules don't apply! Unlined, form fitting with "wasp waist", bracelet or 3/4 sleeves. Unique neckline. Big "applejuice" plastic buttons (NOT Bakelite) have rhinestones, black velvet centers, obviously specially made for the top. One snap in corner to make it sit right. The amazing yoke treatment in front AND back.....AND THE CONDITION? No crushed velvet. No pit stains. A couple of darker rhinestones, otherwise flawless.
