Very cool 1940s purse with compact! Wristlet style, with skinny narrow leather strap handle. Very soft black suede with gold brass accents. Center compartment as well as two flip-down compartments on each side. One has powder and puff, mirror and place for lipstick. The other is lined with cork and is the perfect place for bills, coins or notes. Made in France by Talisman. It measurements - 4. 5" high, 4" wide, with a 5" handle drop.

Good condition but I have noticed, after handling it, that there is a black residue that comes off on my fingers. Could be the suede.
