Professional construction from the with no design or manufacture label present. The hat is done in a silky soft black rayon velvet. The hat is fully lined at the interior and styled as a turban hat. The hat as a flat, soft body cap fit with a tubular top stitched bumper that runs around the outer edge. The intended fit is as shown, at the back top crown of the head with the bumper rise above the face. Hair or hat pins are suggested to help secure an enduring placement.
