40s cocktail dress made of excellent quality thin, soft & supple black rayon with loads of fantastic details. Tailored fit, draped V-shaped peplum waist in front, illusion neck embellished with black sequins, unique ruched short sleeves, keyhole back with hook & eye closure, and side metal zipper closure.
