The union tag I believe is 40's but the style is more like from the Suffrage era. It is in actually pretty amazing condition for age and materials.

There are flaws and most are too small to worry about. But one of the biggest is the gabardine flaps that tie in front. As you can see in pics above one is torn in half and the other has been mended. I am sure if you have a good seamstress someone can replace these but I show them tied on model as in condition and they still work for now. The amazing thing is the liner is in almost amazing condition. There is a seam in mid back that is failed I had to search to even find this and it could be repaired. No other real damage to liner including no pit stains noted. The fur is a virgin lamb and in generally good condition. There is some where along the front edges. This is where the fur hooks are and so there would be wear.

There is wear in back but it is a small circle and high up so again, not a big distraction. There is loose stitching on back left V where the material cover the edge of fur. It can be sewn. There is one hook or eye and the one button that is supposed to be there on the very top of front coat is gone. There may be other small issues I missed but these are what I noted. other than that the fur is not dry or cracking and the material doesn't show any obvious rot or rips.

Tagged with Union and makers label but no size. Shown on a very petite but taller model at apx 5' 8' 33 x 24 x 34 and fit very well.

Measurements are taken flat back from seams to seam. Bust is pit to pit flat back and bust, waist and hips need to be doubled for full measurements.
