40's Black Dress with Peplum and Studded Neckline

vintage 1940s black rayon dress with black painted metal studs along the neckline. the dress is actually two pieces: a top and a dress with an acetate shell top and a matching black rayon skirt portion. the top slightly flares out, creating a peplum effect, and has a ruched waist. both pieces have a side metal zip.
