40's Belted Red Shirtwaist A-Line Dress

Beautiful 1940s red wool shirtwaist dress with accordion pleated skirt. Matching belt with black fur accent strip. Covered buttons to waist. Side metal zipper - I think it’s a replacement zipper. Cute Peter Pan collar. By Jerry Gilden. In very good condition for the age and the fabric. I noted a few small holes which I pictured, but overall in great condition.
