because of the the 1' wide black velvet strap attached in the back.

The women would slide her hand though to keep it secure as she

danced the night away. Made of black velvet it is embellished in

black jet beading and bugle beading. It is a clutch style with a snap

closure. It is completely lined in satin with a gold decorative flap in
