Vintage Bartek earrings clip on goldtone swooping ridged fan design '40-50s

Bartek designed for Napier before opening his own company in the 1930s, by 1953, they were closed, making these vintage for sure. They have a late 40s feel to them (to me).

Goldtone, they are slightly flame shaped, with pleated or ridged design and 7/8 inch long. Note: these are pristine, no way do they look 70-75 years old, no grime, no hairspray, nice and shiny.
