40s Vintage Deep Blue Baby Velvet Dress - Vintage size 2, will likely fit smaller on modern babies: 11" across chest so 22" chest, 23" waist. 19" long, 9" shoulders.
Gentle wear, no obvious flaws but normal wear to velvet which is more obvious in photos than in person, I have not had this cleaned but leave this to the buyer.
