Notched keyhole neckline with bodice pleats and attached dual silver flower chain brooch.

Belted waist with a-line skirt. The skirt has beautiful double chevron-like pattern with stitching detail.

When I purchased this dress it had this little note attached to it. I have chosen to leave the note attached to the tag.
