single ruffle of a stiffer, heavier fabric along the bell hem
ruffled netted fabric along hem
top layer of the dress is a soft black, sheer netted lace
Frilled ruffle details at hem and skirt
Fitted sweetheart bodice trimmed in these ruffles
Sheer bubble sleeves
Back zipper with keyhole neckline
Two periwinkle blue velvet bows underneath netting.

Excellent vintage condition. A couple of small repaired areas in netting.
