Cute round day hat, probably 1940s / early 1950s. Made of tightly woven black straw with a slight sheen. Large straw bow detail across front. Small oval design made of tiny white glass seed beads at front center. Covered stiff wire edges. Grosgrain ribbon around inside edge. Fabric label inside reads 'A Clemer Original by Weseo.' In good pre-owned condition.
