Adorable side metal Talon zipper, button top shirt dress. Looks likely handmade of a sheer nylon fabric printed with an abstract blue scratch print on a white or very pale blue background. Cuffed short sleeves, collar, and blue plastic buttons. Has some hem allowance. So sweet. Definitely needs a slip or bodysuit underneath.
