A "Casque" is a hat that fits close to the head and frames the face in some way. This is an excellent example. Brightest electric blue egret feathers are super soft and pliable. Hi-Res photos will enlarge well so you can see tiny details. It has one section that comes down into the face for maximum flattery and style. This would be considered a "cocktail hat" for dressy occasions but that's all up to you! The base is sturdy wool felt. CONDITION: some discoloration on the inside can be seen in photos.
