These were once "slide on" earrings (See photo of a slide-on earring in its original form. Pink plastic, in what I call "50s Pink" which is like a peachy "Ballet Pink". Slide ons were often all plastic and they just slid onto earlobe. These were broken and restored with surgical steel post backs, along with disc clutches. (are they too big to be called "studs"....?)

NOTE--Mannequin head is smaller than average human head. Only 6" long from hairline to chin!)
