Looking for a sweet and quaint, mid-20th century table runner? Look no further...

From Sweden, comes this lovely little handmade table runner. The base is a woven white color cotton fabric. The piece is hand-embroidered with a thin blue frame, and then pastel colored diamond shapes and flowers, with embroidered chalk stripes connecting each end to the other. The edges have been turned under and finished. Overall condition is good, with one small quarter inch section with missing thread from the base. There are also mild stains throughout -specifically at one edge, and very mild marks at middle section where it was once folded and stored. Please see photographs for full details. No labels or maker's marks present.
