Made of navy lace, detailed with emerald green satin at the collar, the waist, and the train. The skirt has a striking burgundy lining underneath the navy lace as well. The mermaid train is the most dramatic design detail, making this dress a great piece for dancing.

This dress is a party dress from the late 1940s to the early 1950s, and was home sewn.

This dress is in excellent vintage condition. There are some fly away threads on the lace, and at least one or two semi dark spots on the train. However, the folds/ draping of the fabric hide these spots!
