This has been restored. It was a tie bar from the 40s/50s with broken clip so it was added to a new alligator clip, WHICH IS goldtone, but that's supposed to be hiding behind the tie, right? The black enamel background was partially restored also to bring out the detail.
I'm sure there is a beginning to a melody here, right?
