40s/50s Mid-century Gray-lure Red Floral Plates - 6 Pieces

This plate set was designed as part of the Gray-Lure line of dinnerware, by Crooksville. The set includes 4 large dinner plates and two smaller side plates. The feature a squared shape with rounded edges adorned with raised circular motifs around the rim. The centers have a lovely red floral pattern which was extremely rare and ultimately discontinued in 1949. The undersides are marked "Gray-lure by CrooKsville U.S.A. F-U" and "Gray-lure by CrooKsville U.S.A. F-O"

Condition:
Great condition with minor discoloration normal for age. No chips or cracks.

Measurements:
Large plates (x4) - side to side - 10" , corner to corner - 10.25"
Small plates (x2) - side to side - 6" , corner to corner - 6.25"
