Very unusual plastic suspenders with leather stitched on top. Art Deco embellished brass clip fasteners in front and back. Fully extended, the suspenders total length is 34". At the shortest setting (there are holes for a variety of lengths) the total length is 31". More holes could be punched for shorter lengths. The leather on one side has started to separate from the plastic, where it was stitched and glued. A shoe repair person can easily re stitch and glue.
