A few inches on the inside lining are torn up at the hem. Could be taken up a few inches overall to remove the torn bits and make the bottom hem a little more uniform.
Some smaller tears/holes near the bottom hem of the tulle overlay. Small discolored spot of soutache near the waist line. Some holes in the tulle on the arms.
Metal side zipper. Soutache details and rhinestones.

There is no size tag so please see measurements to ensure a proper fit. Measured flat unstretched. Double the measurements for complete circumference.
