- condition - Very good. Clean and no fading noted. It has a strange uneven hem, shorter in the back and longer on the sides. Possibly made so you don't step on the back of the skirt? Might need to be re-hemmed. The darts have 2 small places that have come unsewn. One place where the lace is frayed at the underarm. A few stitches should fix this. The lining needs to be pressed to stay put.
