40/50s Marcy Lee, Dallas Cream and Brown/Gray/Taupe Stripe Button Up Belted Peplum Top and Skirt

Fair to Poor Condition - I gently cleaned her overall to get basic grime off, but she has a number of rust spots - some very faint it was even hard to photograph - couple more obvious. Some areas where the fabric has worn. I’ve been told some darning could possibly remedy those, as it looks like there are spots that have already been perhaps proactively reinforced this way.
