This cameo is in EXCEPTIONAL antique condition. Exquisite carving, obviously done by a master carver. The necklace on the lady is STERLING SILVER...tested carefully with acid and a test stone.
The GENUINE DIAMOND is fairly large and faceted. It was verified using the Presidium gem tester. Best of all, the color in the pics is TRUE....this piece is a loose cameo, meaning no pin.
