Top snap near neck has become detached and needs to be stitched back on. Buttons at neckline may have had jewels in them originally but they are missing.

There is no fabric tag but I believe it is a synthetic like nylon or acetate. Has a textured seersucker feel.

There is no size tag so please see measurements to ensure a proper fit. Measured flat unstretched.
