Little cap sleeves, nipped waist, side metal zipper, scoop neckline. Late 40s to very early 50s with original tea length / midi hem. Attached stiff black tulle crinoline with flounce (however, in some photos, an extra crinoline was added). Belt loops, no belt, belt shown not included.
