Professional construction with no design label present but a New York Creation label can be found at the interior. The hat is done in a bold black finely woven straw with a black netted veil around the crown and and a row of four pink flowers in front. The hat has a low profile woven nylon crown and a scalloped edge brim. The intended fit is as shown, at the back top crown of the head with the brim worn forward to shade the face or back to frame the face, the original elastic security strap is intact and can be worn under the hair or around the back of the head to secure an enduring fit.

Condition is listed as good to good plus, The netted veil is a bit mussed around the crown but may be steamed out as desired. The pink flowers have a bit of mussing and some age spots. The foundation of the hat is structurally sound with no visible damage to the straw. Presentation is lovely.
